Souyab Gostar Khorasan was approved as a knowledge-based company by Iran's working group for evaluating and qualifying knowledge-based companies and institutions. Its two products, Soodar and Hamdar, were recognized as knowledge-based products.

Under the regulations for identifying knowledge-based companies and institutions, these are private or cooperative organizations established to advance knowledge and wealth, support a knowledge-based economy, and achieve scientific and economic goals. Their activities include invention, innovation, and ultimately commercializing research and development results, including the design and production of goods and services, in high-technology fields with substantial added value, particularly related software development.

Souyab Gostar Khorasan, with its Soodar and Hamdar products, was registered as a Type 1 emerging knowledge-based company on 1398/02/14 (Solar Hijri) in the knowledge-based companies registry.
